Overview

Medical Special Care follows the story of a family of doctors beginning a new chapter in their careers at a prestigious hospital. The father, a psychiatrist, leads the way, accompanied by his wife, a skilled general practitioner, and their daughter, who works as a nurse. This fresh start presents both professional opportunities and deeply personal challenges, with every decision shaping their future.

You’ll primarily take on the role of the head of the family, though you’ll also be able to influence the choices of Eva and Karin. Beyond the medical field, the game dives into the intimate side of their lives, where passion, temptation, and shifting dynamics come into play.

The narrative branches into three unique paths: the Path of Love, the Path of Netorase, and the Path of Netorare. Each one offers its own plotlines and scenes, encouraging multiple playthroughs to experience the full scope of the story. Optional NTR ensures players have control over how the journey unfolds.
